Join Sipping Sister Fermentation as we explore the ancient art of fermenting for health, for flavor, to preserve, to connect with our food, and to build community.
You will leave with knowledge of how to brew and flavor several fermented beverages including Kombucha, ginger beer and turmeric soda; your own scoby to make kombucha with and a ginger starter culture. It's a lot of fun!
Don't be fooled by the names these drinks are under .5% alcohol by volume and packed with probiotics! Starter kits will be available to purchase after class.
