FIRST COURSE
Ming - salmon, ginger & crispy shallots
Rice Crisp - crab, coconut, pickles garlic

SECOND COURSE
Pork Skewers - nam jim sauce, lettuce wrap, crispy shallots
Mango Salad - tamarind, toasted coconut, herbs

THIRD COURSE
Malaysian Fried Chicken - tomato chutney, crispy herbs and chili
