THE BLENDED BURGER PROJECT is an in-restaurant menu promotion to make a “blended burger” by blending ground meat with finely chopped mushrooms to introduce a more delicious, nutritious, and sustainable burger.
When the promotion concludes on July 31, 2019, the five winning chefs, selected by a panel of experts from the twenty five burger with the most votes online, will win a trip to NYC to cook their blended burger dish at the historic James Beard House. New this year: each winning chef will receive $5,000
